		<description><![CDATA[It doesn't take long to get into a new routine - you have to actually want to, of course!  The meal plan has become part of my day and I no longer think about the things I used to eat for lunch, not even in the coffee shop at my office.  I've worked out which menu items are safe, and even though it's only the tuna salad and green salad, I'm shocked at how many people have chips with everything.  I used to have the chips there quite often - not because I so loved the chips as such, but they put this spicy salt on it that I used to crave!  Pure MSG, I'm sure, but I couldn't resist it.  Now I can honestly say I don't miss it. 		<description><![CDATA[I was hoping spring would be here by now.  We are almost in October!  Today was feezing, and that always makes one hungry.  Luckily it was top-up day for fresh veggies and fruit, so I went to Woolworths earlier to stock up.  Found some radishes for the first time in about 4-5 weeks, and since these are the only other red veggie (most are green, very few white) on my list, I was very chuffed.  Love radishes... we used to grow them in our vegetable garden a few years ago.  They are probably the veggie that keeps gardeners going as they are the fastest to yield a crop. :-) My french relatives eat them with butter, which luckily I have never got into doing.
